The program aims to support and nurture a new generation of artists who will help shape Jerusalem’s contemporary art scene. Collectives selected for the incubator will receive professional and artistic guidance from the gallery, as well as financial support toward an exhibition to be presented at Beita Gallery.
Eligible applicants are artistic collectives of two or more members working in the fields of art and design. Applicants must be graduates of higher education institutions in art or design who completed their studies within the past four years and who live in Jerusalem or the surrounding area.
The mentoring process will be conducted in Hebrew.
Applications should include:
– A one-page document describing the collective, its goals, activities to date, and future vision
– CVs of the collective members and portfolios
– A link or up to 10 attached files containing visual materials documenting the collective’s activities
– A detailed proposal outlining the collective’s vision
– A proposed budget for the exhibition and related activities
– Applications that are not submitted in full accordance with the requirements above will not be considered. Only suitable applicants will be contacted.
– Proposals will be selected at the discretion of Beita Gallery and the Visual Arts Department of the Jerusalem Municipality.
